Core Maintenance Window
Vitruvi™ maintenance is regularly scheduled with changes communicated according to our update policy. Maintenance is divided into two categories, regular and hotfix. Any maintenance that is not classified as a hotfix will occur during our regular maintenance window. Non-emergency hotfix maintenance will occur during our hotfix window. Any maintenance that is classified as an emergency will coordinated with the primary contacts listed for your organization.
